Return and Cancellation Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping fees, within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process the credit, and another 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Defective Parts Replacement:
If you receive a defective part, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

How to Return or Cancel Your Order:
To initiate a return or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at sales@autorevver.com. All returns and cancellations require prior authorization.

Terms:
Shipping fees may apply to returns or cancellations, except in cases of shipping errors or cancellations made before the item has been shipped. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, email sales@autorevver.com with your order number. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Replacement Policy:
We require the original auto part to be returned before shipping a replacement. The original part must be sent back using the provided shipping label. The cost of shipping both the original and replacement parts will be covered by the shipper. If the original part is not returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the original part (excluding shipping fees). Disclaimer:
Certain components, such as used engines, transmissions, and axles, may come with accessories or wear parts that are not guaranteed. These may need to be replaced before installation. Common items not covered include nuts, bolts, seals, bushings, brackets, sensors, and other applicable components depending on the part. If these components are unserviceable, such as a pressed-in ball joint, they will be covered under our guarantee. We also do not guarantee the color of any part, and items may need repainting or reupholstering to match your vehicle.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed through our partner, “Meneret Auto,” and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
